I woke up HUNGRY today! Everytime I start up an exercise routine I am hungry all day long. I made a protein packed breakfast so I wouldn’t snack all morning.

Do you find that a breakfast loaded with carbs, protein , or a combo of both keeps you full until lunch?
It’s going to be another busy day today. I am trying to finish up all my work because I have some time off later this week. John and I are taking a trip to Philly! Be on the look out for some posts by GUEST BLOGGERS at the end of the week. It should make for some fun reading
