How are you all doing? I got an early start to my Saturday! I wanted to take a yoga class this morning, but the studio I go to is closed for the holiday weekend
Maybe I will just pop in a yoga DVD…
Breakfast was waffles topped with banana slices. I ate the rest of the banana on the side. Day 2 without cereal for breakfast! Let’s see how long I can keep this going!

Last night’s dinner was DELISH! I sauteed garlic, tomato and broccoli with olive oil and ate it over pasta with grilled chicken.

After the garlic was browned I took it out of the pan and then sauteed the tomato.

Next the broccoli was added in. I used frozen broccoli so when it was heated through I added in the garlic, tomato and cooked pasta and drizzled olive oil on top.

Time to do some yoga then I’m off to do some shopping this afternoon. Hope your weekend got off to a great start.
